I'm cheating on my new diet. No surprise really. It started with 10 frozen raspberries. No big deal, it's just a few berries. Then I addend a grapefruit. Not the greatest sin either. Then a pear. Then more raspberries and another grapefruit. Still not satisfied I added a cheese burger with bread and I stole a couple of fries from my son. Then more raspberries with an added sweetener. The cookies just suddenly appeared and landed in my mouth, somehow, and the chocolate...


I know I'm not perfect. I know that falling of the wagon is no big deal, it's what you do next that matters. Still, I feel down.
